The Arts Competition is back with vitality and creativity in 2024 at the Gold Coast Show. Competitions include favourites like Photography, Painting, Indigenous Art, Drawing, Glass Craft, Ceramics, Pottery, Sculpture.

There are also several Classes for Youth Arts including the favourites and some exciting modern classes including Graphic Design, Mixed Media and Short Films. It is such a great line up with opportunities for everyone to participate and show off their skills.

And one of the favourites for every Gold Coast Show is the Primary School Scarecrow Competition. How cool is that? Participation from Primary Schools across the Gold Coast collaborating to produce creative and inventive scarecrows.

So you can see that there are so many Classes to participate in and to view when you come to the 2024 Gold Coast Show. John F Kennedy said “If art is to nourish the roots of our culture, society must set the artist free to follow his or her vision wherever it takes them”. So let’s unleash the talent, potential and culture of the Gold Coast in the Arts Competition at this year’s 2024 Gold Coast Show.
